Jersey Ganus, age 16, and is a junior at Joseph A. Craig High School. She is in various different clubs like ASL, Interact, Blue Ribbon of Promise, Investment, HOSA, SIS, and Newspaper. She has a wonderful amount of hobbies which include pottery, reading, journaling, being outdoors (hiking, biking, etc.), and living life as fulfilling as possible. She exclaims, “ I am interested in writing for the newspaper because I’ve always found this genre of informing to be interesting. However, I am still working on physically going up to people and pitching a story. Otherwise, for now, I am adding to the school newspaper by taking photos!” She wants her school newspaper to be, “Creative and informal, just enough that people will find interest in reading it every so often.”
